Markets for local products in Eswatini
The National Agricultural Marketing Board (NAMBOARD) provides access to both local and international markets to fruit and vegetable farmers in the country. This organization has developed a state-of-the-art marketing information system for the agriculture sector in Eswatini.
It provides timely information to the different stakeholders throughout the fresh produce value chain comprising of input suppliers, farmers, marketers and researchers. The big supermarkets (Shoprite, OK Foods, Pick n Pay and Spar) also provide markets for vegetables produced by the local farmers.
