Coaching for women and youth in business

Economic empowerment for women and youth is cardinal; and this can be achieved through capacity building or direct coaching. This is offered at various workshops whose aim is to equip women and youth with skills to run their own businesses effectively and profitably. Coaching can help improve the individual's performance in entrepreneurship and may involve either enhancing current skills or acquiring new skills.

General information on training (or coaching) needs for women in business

The critical training and coaching needs other than product branding, labeling, negotiation skills, sales techniques, marketing using social media, writing contracts, drafting winning business proposals, customer management alluded, following other training needs are deemed necessary based on the training provided to various women entrepreneurs by the International Labor Organization in partnership with Irish Aid for the success and growth of the business:
