The governments of the Republic of Cape Verde and the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe signed an agreement on trade and industry on Thursday, November 29 in Praia. During the ceremony, which took place at the Ministry of Finance, Cape Verde was represented by its Secretary of State, Gilberto Barros, and São Tomé e Príncipe, by its Secretary of State for Commerce and Industry , Eugenio António da Graça.
