Business management training for women entrepreneurs in Eritrea
Business management entails the planning, organizing of tasks, monitoring and efficient utilization of the resources of a business. It is an essential skill for starting and running businesses which will enable them to make their business successful. Businesses have a better chance to succeed if they utilize limited resources efficiently. In addition, how to run a business in an ethical way, managing a business' social responsibility, fair competition and legal obligations are some of the aspects any women entrepreneur should concern herself with.
College of Business and Social Sciences (CBSS)
The College of Business and Social Sciences (CBSS) is a college which was established by merging the College of Business and Economics and the College of Arts and Social Sciences.
TRAINING PROVIDED
The CASS provides short-term training in the areas of entrepreneurship and small business management.

- Training is provided during summer i.e. July - August.
- Fees will be set college after the design of the program.
- The training projects vary from 2 - 10 days.
AVAILABLE RESOURCES
Materials in business management are available from the physical library of the center and can be assessed upon request.
Business management templates such as business proposals, market analysis, financial analysis are available in the library of the center.
Additional services beneficial to women entrepreneurs
The College has highly experienced staff in the area of entrepreneurship and small business management. Thus, it also provides mentoring and coaching services as well as writing of business plans. An expert will be assigned to provide mentoring/coaching services and fee shall be set upon negotiation with the expert.
