Eritrean Center for Organizational Excellence

The Eritrean Center for Organizational Excellence (ERCOE) was established in 2006. It provides training and consultancy services to public and private organizations. The center has competent and experienced experts that have provided training and consultancy services in the area of women entrepreneurship for more than 20 years.

TRAINING PROVIDED

The Eritrean Center for Organizational Excellence provides short term training in the areas of entrepreneurship and small business management.

Fees: The fee for any program is 50 Nakfa per hour.

Duration: The training projects vary from 2 - 5 days.

AVAILABLE RESOURCES

Materials in business management are available from the physical library of the center and can be assessed upon request.

Business management templates such as business proposals, market analysis, financial analysis are also available in the library of the center

Additional services beneficial to women entrepreneurs

The center has highly experienced staff in the area of entrepreneurship and small business management. Thus, it also provides mentoring and coaching services as well as writing of business plans. An expert will be assigned to provide mentoring/coaching services and fee shall be set upon negotiation with the expert.
