Business management training for women entrepreneurs in Eritrea

Business management entails the planning, organizing of tasks, monitoring and efficient utilization of the resources of a business. It is an essential skill for starting and running businesses which will enable them to make their business successful. Businesses have a better chance to succeed if they utilize limited resources efficiently. In addition, how to run a business in an ethical way, managing a business' social responsibility, fair competition and legal obligations are some of the aspects any women entrepreneur should concern herself with.

Eritrean Women in Agri-business Association (EWAA) was established in 2003 with a vision of creating an export-oriented agribusiness sector, contribute to the food security program of the nation and improve the livelihood of the women engaged in agribusiness. 

TRAINING PROVIDED

Capacity building to increase production and productivity and volume of marketable products. 

Training usually takes two weeks.      

AVAILABLE RESOURCES

Physical library is accessible to trainees and staff.

Additional services which are beneficial to women entrepreneurs
EWAA arranges seminars/workshops which provide a platform for sharing experiences among members in addition to other activities to upgrade the skill and knowledge of members.
