Certificate in Entrepreneurship Skills for Small Business
The Certificate in Entrepreneurship Skills for Small Business enables individuals to apply and use an up-to-date body of knowledge of the Seychelles small business sector and to develop the ability to analyze and evaluate that information. The course will stimulate an awareness of the need for, and the value of, effective customer service within the sector and help to develop the requisite managerial and technical skills for small business managers. Certificate in General Management
The Certificate in General Management will provide all the necessary skills and knowledge to enable you to function
effectively in a supervisory role. As a result, you will not only understand the different responsibilities taken on by a
manager but will also develop confidence in your ability to implement those responsibilities and therefore contribute
successfully to the management process. By the end of the course you will have acquired skills and expertise related
to:

Certificate in Public Procurement
The Certificate in Public Procurement has been developed, in conjunction with the Seychelles Procurement Oversight
Unit (SPOU), the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa, (COMESA) and the International Law Institute
African Centre for Legal Excellence (ILI-ACLE), to establish, foster, maintain and improve the public procurement
system in Seychelles. The primary objective is a well-functioning, competitive, transparent and fair public
procurement system.
Entry Requirements
Either of the following:
Academic Pathway
Grade B or above in IGCSE English and grade C or above in IGCSE Mathematics.
Technical Pathway
Mature candidates without IGCSE in Mathematics and English but with 2 years continuous work experience in a
relevant field.
Target Audience
Procurement practitioners and other officers wishing to acquire knowledge and skills in the purchasing and supplies
field.
Certificate in Human Resource Management
The Certificate in Human Resource Management will provide students with the opportunity to develop the knowledge, understanding and competences required by human resource practitioners to manage within an increasingly complex and dynamic social and business environment.
