As part of the implementation of the Skills Development and Youth Entrepreneurship Support Project (PDCEJ) funded by the African Development Bank and the State of Senegal, the Food Technology Institute (ITA) recruits 200 young people aged 18 to 40 and women learners, knowing how to read and write French for technical and professional training in the following agro-food trades: - Processing of cereals and legumes; - Fruit and vegetable processing; - Processing of livestock products; - Processing of fishery products; - Bakery pastry ; - Cuisine based on local products; The training will take place in the regions of Thiès, Kaolack, Saint-Louis and Ziguinchor, from September 2, 2020. The application file consists of: - A handwritten request specifying the sector and the region; - A photocopy of the last diploma obtained or the school certificate of the last attended; - A photocopy of the identity card or a birth certificate; - A residence certificate.
