BENIN ENTREPRENEURS DISCOVERING TFO CANADA AND THE 50 MAWSP PLATFORM This Wednesday, January 29, 2020, took place an opportunity meeting organized by FEFA/Benin for the benefit of 43 women entrepreneurs from Small and Medium Enterprises at the Women Business Promotion Center . FEFA. This meeting took place in two phases. FIRST PHASE: TFO Canada This first phase was an opportunity for Mr. Yannick CABASSU, Project Manager, Africa-Haiti, accompanied by Mrs. Mary Heather White, Director of the Africa Program, to present TFO Canada to the audience as an institution that promotes and supports women's entrepreneurship in Africa. It also presents Canada as a land conducive to business and export. TFO Canada works to provide information, advice and contact services for exporters in developing and transition countries. Through the reinforcement program, their trade experts help build the capacities of: - small and medium-sized exporting companies so that they can better position themselves on Canadian and world markets; - trade support organizations so that they can offer enhanced services to exporters - governments so that they can promote trade and attract foreign investment The TFO Canada website www. tfocanada.ca was featured and a special recommendation was made for women to sign up. The second phase relates to the ''50 million African women talk to each other'' project. This second phase is essentially focused on: - becoming familiar with the ''50 million African women talking to each other'' platform - discovering a few opportunities and advantages offered by this platform - practical learning of the registration procedure on the platform - discovery and cognitive walk through the ''networking'' section - registration on the platform - registration of news on the wall by some entrepreneurs - the exchange on some practical and technical aspects. A total of 43 Beninese entrepreneurs, a Canadian and a Canadian became aware of the platform '' 50 million African women speak to each other '' this January 30, 2020
