BENIN: A NETWORK OF ELITE GIRLS AND WOMEN TO BECOME FROM DOGBO The network of elected women councilors of Benin (Refec) has extended its tentacles in Couffo and particularly in the commune of Dogbo. The network of young elite girls and women in the future of Dogbo (Rjffedd) was born on December 1, 2019. The said network aims to work to improve the rate of representation of women in local and national decision-making bodies. . Coming from the seven districts of the commune, they made the commitment to work so that this network knows good days so that women are better represented in the decision-making bodies.
