The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) has issued guidelines for the movement of goods and services across the region during the COVID-19 pandemic. These guidelines are aimed at facilitating the movement of goods and services during the pandemic without amending or replacing any provisions of the COMESA Treaty.
