As part of the response to Covid-19, the Ministry of Women, Family, Gender and Child Protection (MFFGPE) has deemed it appropriate to implement a support plan enabling quotfemale entrepreneurs quotto guard against the pernicious effects and possible shocks that could result from the Covid-19 pandemic. The objective of this plan is to quickly support women entrepreneurs in the informal sector in order to access the financial resources necessary to meet their most urgent needs, in particular those relating to the operating costs of their small production units. . Two intervention windows are thus made available to them: ==> a subsidy window whose resources are housed in the General Administration and Equipment Department (DAGE) of the MFFGPE; ==> and a financing window: the two financing mechanisms of the Ministry of Women, Family, Gender and Child Protection (MFFGPE), the National Fund for Women's Entrepreneurship (FNEF) and the National Fund de Crédit pour les Femmes (FNCF) are responsible for making resources available under very light conditions in partnership with the Union of Community Mutualist Savings and Credit Institutions (U-IMCEC): quotduration of the credit spread over 12 months with possibility of deferral; quot zero interest rate; quotNo management fees.
