NIGERIA'S MINISTER OF WOMEN AFFAIRS LAUNCHES 50MAWSP QUEEN RIDERS' PROGRAM

The Honourable Minister for Women Affairs for Nigeria, Dame Pauline K. Tallen OFR KSG, on the 13th of August, 2020, launched the Queen Riders' Program, an initiative of the 50MAWSP Nigeria Local Content Manager, Mrs. Ajibike Saratu Oluwatimilehin. The Program launch had in attendance the Director-General of the Women Development Centre, Barr. Mary Ekpere Eta, the Permanent Secretary, Federal Ministry of Women Affairs, Mrs. Ifeoma Anabogu, Director, Economic Services and National Project Coordinator, 50MAWSP Nigeria, Mr. Idris Mohammed, and some other dignitaries. The Program was to assist Nigerian female entrepreneurs acquire Project-branded Tricycles for transportation. The launch availed the 50MAWSP members in Nigeria interact with the Honourable Minister, who admonished beneficiaries not to sell off their tricycles, noting that the tricycles are worthy investments which will bring great return over time.
