FAIR OF CRAFTS AND PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED BY WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS OF CAPE VERDE

ICIEG and Partners organized in Mindelo a fair of crafts and products made by women entrepreneurs. Eleven stalls, eighteen participants from different parts of the island of Sao Vicente, participated for 3 days in the craft fair and products made by women entrepreneurs of the island of Sao Vicente called quotKrêtcheuquot on the Largo du Mindelo Cultural Center. The opening of this meeting of entrepreneurs of Sao Vicente was made by the President of the Municipal Assembly, Fernanda Vieira, who was also present in the capacity of female entrepreneur. The event was also held in Santiago as a way to give opportunity to women entrepreneurs in Santa Catarina. The fair was organized by the ICIEG in partnership with Morabi, the collective of artisans of Saint-Vincent and other local partners and relied on funding from the European Union.
