The objective is to provide young people with ideas, essential notions in rural entrepreneurship, such as the creation of an MPER, the description of a business idea, the steps necessary for creation. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, 90 business plans have been funded since the start of the year. The PNPER, which has been evolving since 2018 under the supervision of the State Secretariat for Financial Inclusion and the Informal Sector, has financed in 05 years, more than 160 promoters for more than one billion FCFA. These good results have also earned it the extension of an additional year by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), its main partner. Source Togo Official
