Business management refers to all the activities associated with running a business such as controlling, leading, monitoring, organizing and planning in order to accomplish the desired goals and objectives of an enterprise. Good business management is important for creating a cohesive enterprise. Various organizations provide business management training in Malawi which women entrepreneurs can benefit from.
Planetarium Institute
Planetarium Institute is an entrepreneurship think-tank. It envisions human development which advances free enterprise and it exists to promote entrepreneurship development and growth.
Enrollment
Participants are enrolled through online registration as well as manual registration. The trainings are sometimes free but in most cases are chargeable. The maximum duration for trainings is 3 months but there are also programs that last for a few weeks.
