Business training in the Democratic Republic of Congo
Women entrepreneurs in the Democratic Republic of Congo are an undeniable economic force, because they actively participate in growth, innovation, job creation and the fight against poverty. More often these women encounter several economic, legal and socio-cultural constraints that hinder them from embarking on an entrepreneurial career. The lack of education and professional training for women excludes them from the development process. This is why several structures and organizations offer business training to women entrepreneurs and those who aspire to entrepreneurship.
Union of Compassionate Hearts
Registered under No. JUST/SG/20/3457/2019, the Union of Compassionate Hearts, is a non-governmental organization. It has a training center UCCOM CENTER which supervises children in the education program and women in empowerment.

Training costs
The registration fee is 5 dollars.
Course fees:
- Finances: $20 per module: accounting, financial economics, business law
Duration: 3 months.
- Leadership, pragmatic entrepreneurship and intelligence: $10 per module
Duration: 1 month
- Telecommunication: 50USD per VHF, IHF, Network modules
Duration: 4 months
- Wall Decoration: $100
All training is sanctioned by the delivery of a certificate certified by the INPP.
