It is the first structure in the Democratic Republic of Congo that is committed to accelerating the development of businesses run by women. The Working Ladies Hub and Women In Africa educate and guide young girls and women in areas such as financial technology, innovation and new technologies, agribusiness, business education, and entrepreneurship by giving training in technical skills, business coaching and mentoring programs.

The three main objectives are:

1. Foster a community of support for all women at the Working Ladies WIA Hub.

3. Expand the pool of talented women interested in information and communication technology through K-12 outreach programs.

Training programs:

Classes include training on how to dress and behave in the workplace, how to behave in a room full of partners, how to develop conversation skills and much more.

Mentoring: These programs are intended to connect less experienced individuals with those who are more experienced, locally and internationally.

Coaching : These coaching programs train in skills such as starting a new business, improving operations, thinking about and applying long-term and short-term strategies for growing a business.

Masterclass or master class : The center gives masterclasses held by Women In Africa (WIA). These are led by pan-African and international experts, and aim to create synergies, knowledge and collaborations. The WIA masterclasses take the form of participatory workshops lasting one to two hours, depending on the themes. The experts are recognized personalities in the field of intervention.
