Mentorship for women entrepreneurs in Zambia

Mentoring is important, not only because of the knowledge and skills mentees can learn from mentors, but also because mentoring provides professional socialization and personal support to facilitate success. Quality mentoring greatly enhances mentees' chances for success. Having a mentor helps one navigate through the uncertainty of entrepreneurship. Women entrepreneurs expect to develop as both business owners and individuals.
