Training Programmes | LeadTech Incubation Programme LeadTech is an intensive 6-month incubation program dedicated to early stage women-owned or women-led tech start-ups. Based on a competition model, the program aims to nurture and provide a supportive environment for women entrepreneurs to grow their businesses while acquiring solid technical and leadership skills.
Growth Accelerator AWIEF Growth Accelerator is a three/four-month business skills development programme, including pitch training and mentorship, designed to support participants with business modelling and growth strategy required to scale their enterprises, become investment ready and develop entrepreneurial leadership. The programme serves to enhance business linkages and access to finance.
FemBioBiz Accelerator FemBioBiz enables female entrepreneurs and leaders in bioscience-based businesses to grow their business through an accelerator programme, gain regional exposure and access to international markets. The programme is implemented in partnership with Hivos and NEPAD SANBio.
VALUE4HER: Strengthening Women’s Agribusiness Enterprises in Africa #VALUE4HER, launched on 5th July 2018, is a programme founded on the rationale and development evidence that women-owned businesses grow when the businesses’ front-end linkages with national, regional and global markets and end-line linkages with women supplier businesses are created and strengthened. Additionally, the project aims to facilitate smart skills transfer in business leadership and managerial skills; and guide women business leaders to manage business for growth through targeted skills building.
