Female Entrepreneurs and Mentoring Programs:

The entrepreneurship journey goes through three stages, starting with the stimulus stage, in which the startup is just an idea, and the aspiring entrepreneur looks into the available possibilities while looking for an incentive. Then the entrepreneur moves to the initiation stage, as soon as he pledges to implement the idea and begins working to turn it into a reality. Once the entrepreneur proves the feasibility of the idea, he moves to the expansion stage, where he continues to expand the company and takes on the related challenges and reaps the rewards.

The guide should motivate those he guides to pursue their dreams and inspire them. Although mentors can do this at any stage of the entrepreneurial journey, mentorship is usually provided at the beginning stage, when it is most needed, most effective and most beneficial.

Counseling requires a great deal of time and effort on the part of the mentor, which usually conflicts with other obligations such as family, work and social commitments.
