Access to Legal Aid Services in Madagascar

Various operational organizations have been set up to provide assistance and care for vulnerable people in Madagascar. Indeed, through the public service as well as with the help of civil society and the initiative of certain private organizations, various structures are now available to collect, help and advise vulnerable people. In addition, a large number of these structures focus particularly on the care of women who are victims of violence within their homes, since questions relating to gender-based violence are often taboo in Madagascar.
