Mentoring in Madagascar

Mentoring: Kesako?

Mentoring is a means of development and learning, based on a voluntary interpersonal relationship (the mentoring relationship), with no hierarchical link, free (in most cases), in which an experienced person (the mentor) invests his or her acquired wisdom and expertise to foster the development of another person (the mentee) who has skills and abilities to acquire and professional and personal goals to achieve.

Mentoring for entrepreneurs allows the mentee entrepreneur to increase his development as an entrepreneur while being able to have the perspective necessary to better assess his options and make his own decisions . It thus allows the mentee to be guided in his role by taking advantage of the experience and advice of his mentor. It is also a great networking opportunity for the mentee as the mentor can open up their network to them.
