Madame Choukri Abdillahi Mohamed is the founder of the first Institute of Higher Education in Djibouti

Graduated with a Master 2 in finance Audit accounting, Mrs. Choukri Abdillahi Mohamed is the founder of the first Institute of higher education in Djibouti.

Before embarking on entrepreneurship, Ms. Choukri was employed from 2003 to 2014 in several private and semi-public structures. In parallel with her job, between 2004 and 2005, she provided a teaching service at the University of Djibouti. She has taught accounting, taxation and management information system.

In 2009, she became Deputy Director of the Chartered Management Center of the Chamber of Commerce. Then, in 2012, she joined the company of auditors of Djibouti.

After 10 years of service, it was in April 2011 that she concretized her project to create a Higher Institute of Accounting and Business Administration, quotISCAEquot. In December 2016, she became the President of the Board of Directors of the Djibouti Partial Guarantee Fund, for which she is responsible for setting up this institution.

On October 30, 2017, during the International Day of African Youth, she was decorated by the President of the Republic with the rank of official of the big star for her personal commitments to promote entrepreneurship among young people and women . from the country.

November 3, 2018, She launched the Women entrepreneurship CJED program which aims to bring together young women entrepreneurs in order to create a network and help to advance their business or their business creation project.

Ms. Choukri's commitment does not stop there: on December 25, 2018, she decided to create a Facebook page called quotCoaching and personal development in Djiboutiquot to broadcast awareness and support sessions live every Sunday evening. project leaders and young entrepreneurs.

She is today the reflection of a Djiboutian woman who not only has had success in the life of an entrepreneur but who helps many women to start their own entrepreneurial project.
